LAVEA accepts all credit card payments & Paypal to ensure a safe online purchase.
Shipping
All orders are packed and sent via Australia Post within 48hours.
All products are thoroughly checked before packing and are packed with love. If something has gone wrong, please contact us if you have any issues with your items or delivery.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction with our products and service is our top priority! If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a solution as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged, we will refund or replace your item.
Nappy Bags- We offer a 6 month full warranty on manufacturing defect.
Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Hair accessories- If you change your mind on any purchase, we will except a return or refund within 5 days of arrival, given the item has not been worn.
Shipping for returns will be at your own cost. When the item(s) has been received by us, inspected and deemed to be in the same condition as sent, the product and shipping costs will be refunded to you.
